Josh Allen is back from Buffalo's bye for DEVODAWGS, which should make the quarterback slot rather more useful than last week's zero. Devin is 0-7; Matt is 2-5. A second straight win would get Matt to 3-5. Devin doesn't need a streak yet. One would be plenty.
